Let's not get confused. A good battery recondition is nothing like a battery rejuvenation. A battery recondition is a bit like a jump start for a car or truck. It brings it back to life and gets you going in just a few minutes. There is no need to remove the battery and start fiddling about with the cells. It is exactly the same with battery reconditioning.

Over half of all batteries supposed dead can be brought back to life in under 5 minutes with a battery recondition. Normally you can get them back to over 90% of their nominal capacity. Most people are totally unaware of this and simply discard the battery in the assumption that they will need to buy a replacement.

The number of batteries is endless. They are used for iPods, Blackberries, palms, laptops, cell phones, cordless phones. The opportunities for the battery doctor, whether just for himself and his nearest and dearest, or as a business venture, are only set to multiply. In fact, it is already in the top 5% of growth industries in the USA.

Now that opens up a couple of opportunities. It means that if you possess the know-how, you can save hundreds and thousands of dollars reconditioning your own batteries and those of your family. It also means you can make a fair amount of money repairing other people's batteries.

Along with my brother, I have 8 battery doctor workshops in the States, 5 in France, 2 in Japan and 2 in India. They are not franchises, just family owned businesses. All types of battery are covered: NiCd, Lithium, Lead Acid, and so on. Lithium are the hardest to rejuvenate if not caught in time. All the others are able to be reconditioned to some degree and certainly raised from the dead.
